By creating an account or using Reelo you agree to these Terms. If you use Reelo for an organisation, you accept them on its behalf. If you disagree, please do not use the service.
Reelo lets you record your screen and camera, share recordings by link, and organise them into a library of video SOPs. Features vary by plan, as described on our pricing page.
Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Reelo.
You own your recordings, transcripts and comments. You grant Reelo a limited licence to store, process and deliver them only as needed to run the service for you and the viewers you share with. You are responsible for having the right to record and share what you upload, including the consent of anyone who appears in a recording where the law requires it.
Do not use Reelo to upload illegal content, infringe others' rights, harass people, distribute malware, or attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Settings → Plan & Billing; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Taxes may apply. If we change prices, we will tell you at least 30 days before the change affects your next renewal.
If Reelo isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment on a plan and we will refund it in full. After that, payments are non-refundable and we don't refund partial periods, except where the law requires it.
The free plan has limits on the number, length and storage of videos. We may change free-plan limits with reasonable notice.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone, which deletes your videos and data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
Reelo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect.
